Mattie-Queen Heart was born out of the necessity to offer safety, stability, and a renewed sense of hope to women facing displacement due to domestic violence and homelessness. In our community of Ravenna, Ohio, we recognized a dire need for shelter and housing resources dedicated to empowering vulnerable women.
