As the owner of Mattie-Queen Heart, I’m deeply passionate about providing a safe, nurturing space for women affected by domestic violence and homelessness. My journey into this work began with my own personal experiences, which shaped my understanding of the challenges many women face. With compassion and a strong sense of purpose, I’ve dedicated my life to creating a refuge where women can rebuild and thrive. Every woman deserves a place where she can feel protected, supported, and empowered, and I’ve made it my mission to make that a reality through our shelter and housing assistance programs.
